The products displayed on our website are representative of our CASTELO collection. not all CASTELO products will be presented on this website. not all CASTELO products will be available in every CASTELO store.



Our website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. CASTELO is neither liable for any inaccuracies nor errors, any loss or damage caused by or arising from any user‘s reliance on information obtained from our website. any use of this website is exclusively at the user‘s sole risk. In the event that an order is made in line with any of these errors, CASTELO reserves the right to refund the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order.

CASTELO will use your data solely in order to fulfill contractual obligations to you and to provide you with any other service CASTELO is known for. this service may include sending information regarding new CASTELO products, services, or other marketing offers which may be of interest to you.

You have the right to contact us to find out what data is stored about you. If your data should be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you may request that such data is corrected or deleted.



Credit card transactions will be acquired for CASTELO via xxxx . xxxx uses the strictest form of encryption, namely secure socket layer 3 (ssl3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  users may go to www.xxx.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Castelo has no access to card details entered by the client on xxxx secure site.

In addition to the full domain security provided by CASTELO, additional security is provided during the actual payment process when making payments with xxx. all in all these security measures allow for smooth, safe transactions for you, our customer.

Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.

Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in sender’s account.

CASTELO Online Store offers worldwide shipping. Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be billed accordingly and shipping charges can be seen on checkout.

In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds.

Handling time may vary from 1-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.

A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.

International delivery can take anywhere from 5-30 days to arrive, depending on customs. However, the average is 7 days.

We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.

CASTELO takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for shoes with special or oversized packaging.

Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.

In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.

Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays

International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
